Explore The Possibilities of Regenerative Science

Are You Currently Experiencing Pain or Impaired Movements

  • Joint or Cartilage damaged from injury or wear and tear?
  • Back problems?
  • Disc problems?
  • Pinched nerves?
  • Worn-out joints?
  • Difficulty walking or getting around?
  • Out of action because of bad knees or joints?
  • Ongoing pain despite medical treatment?
  • Chronic pain because of joint issues?
  • Withdrawal of golf or other sports because of joint issues?

Why Choose Regenerative Medicine.

The Non-Invasive Treatment Process with No Down Time

Regenerative medicine is an innovative process that involves using allograph tissues from the umbilical cord that contains fresh, vibrant mesenchymal stem cells to help your body regenerate areas of degeneration to get you back into the game of life. Our treatments will help normalize and bring back the function that these joints have lost such as your knee, hips, low back & neck spinal joints, and any other painful joint.

Since regenerative medicine is a minimally invasive nearly painless procedure, most patients are able to return to work immediately with only a little or no soreness.

  • Your treatment begins with a comprehensive consultation with our physicians to discover your medical history and a review of your medical records. Then an examination will be performed so that we can understand what body part is not functioning optimally. If we determine that you are a good candidate for regenerative care a personalized treatment care plan will be determined by our examination findings.

  • Next, you are introduced to our Nurse Practitioner Jennylle Zanzi for her evaluation who performs your injections.
  • You will return in one week after your initial injection for evaluation of your injection site and start your post-care program. Our post-injection care programs with Laser, PEMF, Knee & Spinal traction, Pulse Wave and other modalities are determined by your condition and our examination findings. We are doing the latest enhanced treatment protocols to protect your investment. Our staff will follow up with you to track your weekly progress and to provide the necessary supplemental care for your recovery. We do this either in office or using our Virtual Visit Follow-up program.

Where Do Our Regenerative Products Come From?

Our Regenerative Allograph products are obtained from FDA regulated labs that use donated tissue from full-term C-Section deliveries and are regulated as a human cell, tissue, or cellular or tissue-based product (HCT/P) under 21 CFR Part 1271 and Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act.

Each donor is carefully screened, comprehensive medical and social histories are obtained, and tissues are procured, processed, and tested in accordance with FDA requirements to minimize potential risks of disease transmission to recipients by the lab.

Infectious disease testing is performed at a certified laboratory in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1998 (CLIA) and 42 CFR part 493.

Does it Contain Aborted Fetal Tissue? Are these Embryonic Stem Cells?

We would never use or want to use embryonic or aborted fetal tissue. Besides being illegal those tissues have a 100% failure rate for what we do. Our Regenerative Allograph products are obtained from donated tissue from full-term C-Section deliveries from healthy screened mothers and babies.

What Happens After My Injection?

Typically, the patient will return in one week so that we can evaluate the injection and start their rehab care with the various therapies to enhance and protect the injected allographic tissue effectiveness. The initial examination will determine what will be needed such as laser, Calmare, PEMF, Pulse Wave, etc. We will usually keep a patient under care and observation for 3-4 months following their initial injection.

How Long Does the Injection Procedure Take?

The injection itself takes 15-30 minutes depending on a number of areas we need to inject. All injections are done with local anesthesia. IV infusions usually take about 15-30 minutes.

How Long Does My Follow-up Therapy Visit Take?

After the initial Allograph Tissue injection, we will keep you under care for 3-4 months depending on need and to protect your investment. Rehab therapy takes approximately 1-2 hours depending on what is being done depending on that patient’s needs.

What Determines the Outcome Results of my Regenerative Treatment?

Factors that play a role in the speed and extent of success include, but are not limited to:

  • Extent of Damage
  • Location of Treatment
  • Age
  • Overall Health

Most of our patients respond very well to this course of care and unlike surgical or pharmaceutical approaches, experience pain relief in a short period of time, anywhere from a few weeks to several months.

Most importantly, you and the way that you care for your body and health play the largest role. Detrimental health behaviors like smoking, drinking, eating highly processed foods, a sedentary lifestyle can all play a part in your success.

Work closely with your Doctors and follow their ancillary care plans to a tee. Providing a superior environment for the Regenerative Allograph Injection to work in is the best way for you to contribute to your Regenerative Medicine Treatment Program.

When Should I Expect to See Results?

Each treatment and response are unique to that patient. No guarantee can be made of what results will be achieved or how soon results can be felt. However, many patients report that they begin to experience results within a week with fuller effects felt within 4 to 8 weeks. In cases where the condition being treated is more severe, the patient may notice results over a longer time frame, and in some cases seeing results in the 6-9 months’ time frame are possible.

Is Regenerative Therapy Safe?

Yes! Regenerative Allograph Injections have been used in medical practices for over 40 years. The first use was bone marrow transplants for various blood and immune disorders. There has never been an adverse reaction using allograph tissues from the umbilical cord from the company that we use.

Are There Side Effects?

Regenerative medicine has a very strong safety profile. When side effects are reported, they are mild and usually go away without any intervention.

FDA Regulations?

With more and more media coverage highlighting Regenerative Medicine, there is more false information and more countless myths to be debunked. We stay up to date with the latest FDA Regulations and Guidelines for Regenerative Medicine as this field continues to expand and we continue to discover more ways to harness the power of this new paradigm shift in healthcare.

At this time, the FDA regulates how the cells are processed, stored, and tested to protect patient safety and minimize the risk of any type of disease transmission. The FDA only “approves” medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and at this time, these cells do not fall under either category.

Commissioner statement on FDA’s comprehensive regenerative medicine policy framework

The FDA originally established a regulatory framework for these products that went into effect in 2005. But in the last decade, we’ve seen improbable advances that hold out great hope for patients. I believe that with the ability to facilitate the regeneration of parts of the human body, we’re bearing witness to the beginning of a paradigm shift in the practice of medicine.

This is the practical promise of modern applications of regenerative medicine… FDA – Nov 2017

Will I Need More Than One Treatment?

You are an individual. Your medical history and current health are as unique to you as your taste in music. Through our advanced assessment evaluation, we will determine your specific needs and course of care. Once a joint has been treated, there would not be a need to retreat the area unless an injury or further damage happens. Most of our Regenerative Patients have experienced significant relief after only one course of treatment.

How Long Will My Results Last?

Your results after treatment will last as long as you do. Consider this, If I cut my arm and the wound heals over, how long will that healing last? I should not expect to ever have to treat that injury again, should I? You could need another injection in your lifetime, but someone in their 60s, 70s, probably won’t need another treatment. Unlike drugs and steroid which provide only temporary relief, regenerative medicine provides long term results and has a strong safety profile.

What Can I Do to Increase the Effectiveness of My Treatment?

We focus on you as a whole person, not just the area of your pain. Our treatment team will develop a comprehensive program using the most cutting-edge treatment modalities to protect your investment and by keeping you happy, protect our reputation. Following your personal care plan will provide you with the best recovery possible.

Most importantly, you and the way that you care for your body and health play the largest role. Detrimental health behaviors like smoking, drinking, eating highly processed foods, a sedentary lifestyle can all play a part in your success.

Our most successful patients:

  • Follow a healthy diet as recommended by our team
  • Return to physical activity quickly after their initial procedure
  • Closely follow the guidance and recommendations of our Doctors

Providing the best environment for the Regenerative tissues to work in is the best way for you to contribute to your overall health and wellness, as well as, your Regenerative Medicine Treatment Program.

How Often Does the Procedure Work?

Regenerative Therapy has incredible results on a wide range of ailments and conditions. Our focus is on decreasing pain, gaining mobility and range of motion, and improving functional ability to move the body. The time frame to achieve this varies, as this is a regenerative process, not a quick fix. Symptom improvement varies from patient to patient.

The majority of our patients report 60-80% reduction in symptoms in 2-8 months. The results also depend on the patient’s compliance. While some patients do see an immediate response from their allograph tissue containing mesenchymal stem cell treatment, most patients will start seeing a response from 1-3 months after their treatment, but some do take longer. Keep in mind, every patient is different and there are many factors that can determine this. As with any other medical procedure, there is no 100% guarantee.

Does Regenerative Therapy Work After Joint Replacement?

If you have already had a total joint replacement, Regenerative Medicine using allograph tissue is no longer a viable option for that area of pain. Regenerative Allograph Injections cannot work on artificial material in your body. There are, however, other treatment options to bring about pain reduction.

Our mission is always to do what will best serve our patients and we will work with you to determine the next steps for you and your health. Once we have completed our assessments, if we feel you are not a candidate for regenerative medicine and surgery is the only option for you, we will advise you on that course.

What Kind of Conditions Can YOU Treat?

The majority of our patients need help with “bone-on-bone” Knees, Hips, Low Back & Neck, Shoulders, Ankle & Foot Pain, Degenerative Arthritic joints, chronic injury pain. Basically, any joint, ligament, tendon, cartilage, discs or meniscus pain.

Please ask the doctors if you’d like to know if a certain condition can be helped with this type of therapy.

How Often Do I Need to Come In?

Depending on your condition, and how long you’ve had it, the care plan with regenerative medicine can be 4 to 12 weeks. Most of our patients come in with chronic, degenerative conditions and have been suffering for years. These conditions require some time to heal and let the allograph tissue containing mesenchymal stem cells regenerate. If you are out of town, we set up follow up visits to fit your needs.

Is this Procedure FDA Approved?

FDA “approves” or “disapproves” food, drug, and medical devices. Since cell therapy is a biological tissue and not food, drug, nor medical device, they don’t require FDA’s approval. However, cellular therapy is rigorously regulated by FDA 361 tissue product guidelines to ensure they are safe, effective and clean, much like the way donated blood or organs are regulated. Our treatments are in compliance with the FDA’s latest guidance which defines “homologous use” and “minimal manipulation.”

Does My Insurance Cover It?

Regenerative medicine is considered an elective service and insurances do not pay for these types of services. However, some patients are able to use an HSA card. We have a financial company that will provide two years of interest-free payments that will fit most patient’s budget.

What is the Cost for This Procedure? The better question is, “What is the Cost of NOT doing this procedure?”

The true cost is losing out on the people, and hobbies, and sports that give you joy in life: Dreams you and your spouse have of traveling, playing golf or tennis, dancing, walking on the beach; Maybe it is getting down on the floor to play with your grandchildren, or volunteering with your church. The question you need to ask yourself is this, “What is it, that you enjoy and want to be doing, that you are not able to do now.”

Whether your condition was caused by a sport, work accident or otherwise, we welcome the chance to serve you.
